Fleming & Curti, P.L.C.

KATHLEEN KREUZER, CLA, Senior Legal Assistant, is a native Tucsonan. She joined Fleming & Curti, PLC in May of 1997 after having worked in law firms since 1984. She transferred to Fleming & Curti when her employer of eight years, Clark W. Munger, was appointed as a Pima County Superior Court Judge - he has since become the county's presiding probate judge.

Kathleen is certified as a legal assistant by the National Association of Legal Assistants. She is also a member of the Tucson Association of Legal Assistants.

Kathy's interests outside of the office focus on her two extraordinary children - Courtney and Colton - and her husband, Brent (he's actually pretty extraordinary, too).

SALLY JO MITCHELL, Senior Legal Assistant, works primarily on the probate of estates and drafting estate planning documents. She brings a wide breadth of knowledge to the firm; she has worked in the legal field since the early 1970s and has focused on elder law issues since the mid 1980s.

Sally Jo enjoys reading, University of Arizona Wildcat basketball, travel and spending time with her family at their cabin on Mt. Lemmon (a popular mountaintop retreat in the Tucson area). Sally Jo is married to Douglas Mitchell, who is a Pima County Superior Court Commissioner/Judge Pro-tempore. They are the parents of three children and the grandparents of twins.

GABRIELA STORM, Legal Assistant, was born in Mexico but has lived in Tucson nearly all of her life. She began working at Fleming & Curti in May of 2003. Gabriela has 9 years experience working in the legal field, primarily for personal injury/insurance defense lawyers. She graduated from Pima Community College with a degree in paralegal studies.

Gabriela is a proud mother of two children, Yesenia and Joey and has been happily married to husband Tom for almost a decade. Yesenia and Joey are always involved in extra-curricular activities such as softball, basketball, soccer and gymnastics. Gabriela’s favorite thing is being a mom, as it keeps her feeling young. Husband Tom is a store manager for Sherwin Williams Paints in Pinetop, Arizona, and commutes to Tucson on weekends.

Gabriela enjoys bike riding, traveling, gardening, cooking and re-decorating as much as possible.

SUSAN KELLNER, Legal Assistant, is the newest addition to the Fleming & Curti legal support staff. We're working on getting her biographical information online.

ADRIANA R. FUENTES, Administrative Assistant, joined our team in October of 2002 as a receptionist, and then spent some time as a file clerk while going to school full-time. In 2006, she earned her Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and an Advanced Paralegal Certificate from Pima Community College, and took on her current job duties. She’ll be attending the University of Arizona starting in January of 2007, and will study Political Science and History.

When she’s not at work or school, Tucson native Adriana spends her time shopping, golfing, or playing fast pitch softball. She was also the caretaker of Fleming & Curti’s former office dog, Orson, who passed away earlier this year. Adriana is still occupied with her two dogs at home, Gizmo and Ginger.
